Logoff buttons text color

Can someone please tell me where to change the text color ? If you click on my current desktop you can see what I mean...

Left tree- Bottom bar....right tree /text setting/ text color.

Mouseover is left tree/misc colors/ ...right tree/selections/text highlighted.

Pretty confusing huh.
